Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:-

· Perform non-destructive test (NDT) and determines product acceptability to the authorized limits of the NDT level obtained      in accordance with the prescribed methods and procedures

· Perform NDT Inspection duties in support of customer parts

· Record, organize and evaluate test results and generate NDT reports

· Perform verification of dimensional inspection

· Ensure the testing is compliance to all radiation safety rules and regulations and provides protections to self and others

· Dispose of hazardous waste in accordance with Environmental Regulations

· Coordinates NDT Inspection workload according to priorities, efficiency and cost

· Maintain all measuring equipment in QA department

· Maintain all NDT equipment and assure calibration has been performed

· Participate and drive any projects assigned

Requirements:

· Minimum Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent

· At least two years working experience in related field

· Able to perform measurement using micrometer, surface roughness, bore gauge and NDT Level II (At least LPI, MPI & UT)

· Required language(s): English (both spoken and written)

· Must be computer literate

· Positive working attitude & self motivated
