· To arrange and supervise civil engineering works with knowledge of construction drawings and methods of construction.

· To ensure works are carried out by various teams of workers with the assistance of foreman for each team.

· Must be familiar with all roads, drainage, sewers and all other infrastructure construction.

· Must be familiar with the LTA standard code of practice and standard road elements for road construction.

· To assist and support engineers and managers on site in handling and monitoring progress of project.

· To manage and liaise site activities with contractors.

· Allocation and arrangement of manpower

· To ensure the smooth daily operation of work activities and arranging daily resources required at construction site.

· To Carry out Site inspection.

· To perform site administrative paperwork and documentation.
