Roles & Responsibilities

Description

1) To coordinate and harness the efforts of all involved departments relating to tender/bid activities, tender questionnaires            and pre-qualifications

2) To assist on the basic TMS for each account for the actual HC usage and MHE usage

3) To ensure the design and efficiency of the warehouse storage capacity

4) To complete quotation and tender studies on time and to the best possible financial results

5) To assist project planning and implementation on a timely and most cost-efficient manner

6) To assist in all tenders to be completed on time

7) To assist with management of contract review

8) Recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, productivity and lower costs

9) Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

1) Minimum 2 years experience in the Logistics industry

2) Meticulous in their work

3) Good negotiating skills
