Job Description
*** First preference to people who are currently in Singapore.
*** Secondly Singapore experienced foreigners.
*** Company will apply pass for qualified people. Subject to MOM approval.- Directly supervise and coordinate activities of construction workers.
- Examine and inspect work progress, equipment, and construction sites to verify safety and to ensure that specifications are met.
- Train workers in construction methods, operation of equipment, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Read specifications, such as blueprints, to determine construction requirements and to plan procedures. Assign work to employees, based on material or worker requirements of specific jobs.
- Confer with managerial or technical personnel, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems or to coordinate activities.
- Estimate material or worker requirements to complete jobs.
- Coordinate work activities with other construction project activities.
