Job Description
- Prepare and sort documents, keep record of completed work
- Provided routine office supports such as making copies, faxing, answering phones, prepares correspondence for mailing delivering and picking up correspondence.
- Update and maintain employee and department directories
- Respond to clients’ inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Arrange courier service as and when required
- Ordering of pantry and stationery supplies
- Handle enquiries and administrative on student hostel related matter
- To cover Receptionist duties as when required
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned
- Able to work 5.5 days (Alternate half day Saturday)
- Candidate must possess at least GCE "O" Level qualification.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good working attitude and team player
- Comfortable in handling phone calls in a positive and professional manner
- Customer Service oriented
- On the job training (OJT) will be provided
