Job Description
Job Scope:
- Perform routine aircon servicing & maintenance schedules
- Carry out Normal / Chemical Overhaul service for wall-mounted / ceiling cassette units / outdoor condensers / VRVs
- Handle Chilled Water systems (Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pump, AHU, FCU) & VRV / DX Systems
- Good technical trouble-shooting & problem-solving skills
- Attends to complaints of aircon system issues, evaluate & resolves customers issues
- Aircon installation works / piping works
- Testing & commissioning of installed aircon systems
- Upsell / cross sell our services
Job Requirements:
- NITEC or Industrial Trade Certificate in Aircon & Refrigeration / Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services or equivalent with 1 - 2 years' relevant experience in similar field
- Skills in Aircon maintenance, trouble-shooting & repair advantageous
- Knowledge in Chilled Water Systems
- Willing to work 6days week / OT
- Class 3 driving licence added advantage
