Job Description

1) Handling construction project architectural trades works installation and monitoring the progress of site works

2) prepare samples and materials submission for approval

3) involved in marble / tiles drylay

4) check, review and coordinate all trades subcons's design drawings submissions

5) coordinate with QA/QC team on Conquas / QM preparation & inspection

6) coordinate and monitor trade subcons performance and schedule

7) coordinate and work closely with structural production team, m&e team and design team

8) handling authorities submissions for trade installation works requirement

9) liaise with Site RE / RTO / Subcons on trade works issue and progress

10) liaise with Client, Architectect, consultants on site design and site works requirements

11) report to Project Director on work progress

Job Requirements

1) Must have few years High-rise Private Residences construction project experience

2) Diploma or Degree in Building Construction or Civil or Architectural

3) Familiar with PPVC Modular system
