Job Description
To perform general adminstrative duties, purchasing, maintenance of office equipment, stationery and consumables supplies, filing.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Liaise with various work sites for site requirements on materials, manpower, transportation etc.
Assist in preparation of project tender documents eg request of quotations.
Handling foreign workers work passes and dormitory.
