Job description
·
Receiving
visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing
them appropriately
·
Answering,
screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
·
Receiving,
sorting daily mail and courier deliveries
·
Order
front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
·
Liaise
with departments and provide clerical support
·
Keep work
area clean and tidy on a constant basis
·
Provide
General Admin duties
Requirements
· Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level
· Possess excellent telephone skills and strong communication skills
· Fresh graduate welcome to apply
· Proficient in Microsoft office (eg; Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and
Word). PC literate and able to assist in general admin duties

0900HRS TO 1800 HRS (ALTERNATE SAT.0900HRS-1600HRS)
