Job Description

Responsibilities

• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Bilingual in verbal and written English & Chinese Language
• Knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management
• Telephone etiquette
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
• Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Customer service focus
• Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
• Available to work a variety of hours, which include evenings and weekends
• Need to manage for customer the entire sales process from closing of sales, to arranging delivery and coordinating defect servicing needs

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in any field.
• Past Working Experience in bathroom, kitchen or home furnishing products
• Sales orientated with drive to achieve targets
• Ability to negotiate and sell creatively
• Highly self-motivated and conscientious, proactive and result oriented team player
• Posses a dynamic personality, independent and approachable
• Work Independently as well as team player within the organization
