Job Description
Duties / Scope of works
- Communication
- Understand customer’s delivery requirements.
- Communicate with customer on their daily trucking status.
- Communicate and handle customer complaints appropriately.
- Communicate with vary department to achieve customer requirements.
- Planning
- Plan the delivery in accordance with customer’s requirements.
- Plan the delivery schedule in advance to avoid penalty imposed by the authorities.
- Plan and maximize the delivery in accordance with our company’s resources.
- Processing
- Perform order processing through PSA Haulier Community System.
- Perform permit declaration through Crimson logic.
- Perform payment / courier service on behalf of customer.
- Perform shipping documentation and coordination with shipping line or agent.
- Coordination
- Perform transportation coordination with haulage operation team (Internal).
- Perform warehouse coordination with warehouse operation team (Internal & External).
- Perform depot coordination with depot operation team (Internal & External).
- Reports
- Provide customer’s report (Daily or Monthly).
- Generate company’s required reports (Daily or Monthly).
- Generate monthly TradeNet Major Exporter Scheme Import or Export report for customer.
- Perform Monthly accrual submission (Internal & External).
- Document storage
- Segregate all documents into company’s copy and customer’s copy.
- Perform all document scan through scan portal to DocuShare system (Fuji Xerox).
- Maintain proper documentation (Hard copy) for warehouse storage.
- Preparation of Billing
- Execute closure for all completed HCS orders in PSA HCS system.
- Check all PSA relevant charges are transmitted into PSA HCS system.
- State all additional Ameroid charges on the HCS orders (Hard copy) for billing purpose.
- Prepare and attach required receipts and emails for billing purpose. (Payment on Behalf, Miscellaneous charges)
Qualifications
- Minimum GCE O Level or A level or 1-2 year experience in logistics industry is preferred.
- Fluent in English.
- Positive attitude, Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work as a team player, pro-active, self-motivated and high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast moving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge in PSA Haulier Community System and TradeNet will be an advantage.
